Welcome to Qualigenix, LLC.
The following terms and conditions are a disclaimer for opting in to use our
products and services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
Qualigenix, LLC, provides revenue cycle management services to healthcare
providers. We offer a wide range of services to solo providers, multi-specialty
groups, pharmacies, hospitals, pathology labs, and many more. The services
include medical billing and coding, credentialing, and auditing packages.
2. User Agreement
To opt for our services, you need to be over 18 years of age or have consent
provided by a parent/guardian for supervision. All the information provided to
Qualigenix, LLC should be accurate for us to provide appropriate solutions and consultation.
3. Payment Terms
Qualigenix, LLC accepts payments through ACH, credit cards, and online gateways.
Due to extended timelines, we have put a halt on payments through checks until
further notice.
Please read the agreement before signing. Our refund policy depends on the type
of service/s opted for by the client.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Qualigenix, LLC will save the Patient Health Information (PHI) as long as the client
is in tenure of the agreement signed. The confidential data will not be shared with
any third-party vendor or company as per the HIPAA Compliance Guidelines. A
client can request for deletion of the PHI from Qualigenix, LLC.
5. Personal Information and Privacy
Qualigenix, LLC does not sell or share any personal or professional information
with third-party vendors for promotional or marketing purposes. The data
collected is shared between internal teams through SFTP portals to maintain
discretion and safety. For more information, please read the privacy policy.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
• SMS Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying
STOP to any message.
• Email Opt-Out: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing
email or contact us at info@synergyhcls.com
7. Message Frequency, Data Rates
By using our services, you agree to receive support messages related to your
account, orders, and customer support.
• Message frequency: The message frequency depends on the services
chosen by the client. The number of messages daily would be 10-15/ per client,
and every week, 50-75 / per client.
• Rates: Standard SMS rates may apply depending on the service carrier.
8. Type of Messages:
1. Provider enrolment: We share information regarding insurance effective
dates and acceptance updates.
2. Credentialing services: We share updates on credentialing, revalidation,
and recredentialing of contracts with respective insurance payers.
3. Multi-factor Authentication: The Majority of insurance companies and
healthcare portals require one-time login codes that are sent to the healthcare
provider’s registered phone number.

10. Limitation of Liability

will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our
services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed
under the laws of the(Wyoming) applicable to agreements made. Please refer to
