Qualigenix credentialing services cover group and individual provider credentialing, MassHealth and Medicare enrollment, commercial payer applications, CAQH profile management, revalidation, re-credentialing and follow-up for Springfield practices. One credentialing specialist runs your account and reports status for every payer. Each payer application is $99.
In Springfield, enrolling with MassHealth is only the first step. Most MassHealth members are in a plan tied to their primary care provider, and some of those plans credential providers separately. A new provider who is enrolled with MassHealth but not credentialed with the right plan can still see claims deny for that plan's members.
Qualigenix maps which payers and plans your practice needs from your patient mix, then submits and tracks each application. Payers make the approval decision; we prepare complete applications, follow up weekly or biweekly and escalate stalls. For statewide enrollment and licensing rules, see our Massachusetts credentialing services page. This page covers the Springfield and Hampden County plans.
MassHealth's 2026 plan list for the Springfield service area includes three Partnership Plans, two Primary Care ACOs, one MCO and the PCC Plan. Qualigenix works out which ones each provider needs before filing anything.
Every provider starts with MassHealth enrollment through the Provider Online Service Center (POSC). MassHealth revalidates each provider's enrollment at least every five years and contacts the provider when it's due. Qualigenix tracks your revalidation dates and completes the POSC steps so enrollment doesn't lapse. For the PCC Plan and the two Primary Care ACOs, Community Care Cooperative (C3) and Revere Health Choice, members use MassHealth's network, so the provider's MassHealth enrollment and the ACO's participation list are what matter. Revere Health Choice becomes Bookmark Care Network on January 1, 2027.
The BeHealthy Partnership Plan works through Health New England, its managed care partner with Baystate Health Care Alliance. WellSense Community Alliance, WellSense Mercy Alliance and the WellSense Essential MCO run through WellSense Health Plan. Each of these plans keeps its own provider network, so Qualigenix files a separate application and tracks a separate status for each one your practice needs. Network rosters also change at the start of each year. The Tufts Health Together MCO ended on January 1, 2026, and practices that saw its members had to join another plan to keep them. Qualigenix reviews MassHealth's annual plan bulletin each fall so your participation is set before January.
Licensure, standard credentialing forms and statewide payer rules are covered on our Massachusetts credentialing rules page.
Medicare enrollment for Springfield providers runs through PECOS, with National Government Services processing applications for Jurisdiction K. Qualigenix files new enrollments, reassignments and revalidations, and handles Medicare benefit assignment paperwork. Dual-eligible patients add separate plan networks. For 2026, Hampden County has four One Care plans (Commonwealth Care Alliance, Molina, Tufts Health and UnitedHealthcare) and five Senior Care Options plans (Commonwealth Care Alliance, Fallon Health NaviCare, Senior Whole Health, Tufts Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare). Each credentials its own network, separate from the MassHealth plans above, so a provider who sees older or disabled dual-eligible patients may need several of these applications on top of MassHealth and Medicare. Qualigenix lists them by patient volume so the busiest plans are filed first. Commercial payers, including Health New England, pull most provider data from CAQH. CAQH rebranded as DataSpring, powered by CAQH, on June 8, 2026, and the profile now sits in the CAQH Provider Data Portal. Logins and attestation schedules didn't change.
These figures are company-wide results from Qualigenix credentialing work, not Springfield-only numbers. Payers decide approvals; the figures show how we prepare and track applications.

Qualigenix starts credentialing work as soon as provider data is in, with one specialist on your account.
We gather NPI, Massachusetts license, DEA, board certification, CV and work history, malpractice certificate, W-9 and CAQH access into one payer-ready profile.
Licenses, board certification, DEA, education and malpractice history are verified with the primary source, to NCQA and CMS standards.
We build or update the CAQH Provider Data Portal profile and re-attest every 90 days, ahead of the 120-day requirement.
We submit to MassHealth, the plans you need, Medicare and commercial payers, then review fee schedules and effective dates for new contracts.
We check status weekly or biweekly and report submission dates, approval dates, effective dates and expiring credentials for every payer.
Flat $99 pricing per payer application, single specialist accountability, transparent per-payer reporting, and synchronized billing integration.
Each payer application is $99. You know the cost of credentialing a new provider with MassHealth, two plans and Medicare before any work starts.
A single credentialing specialist owns your account, knows your providers and payers, and answers your questions. You don't start over with someone new each time you call.
You get status by payer, with submission, approval and effective dates and alerts for expiring credentials. Nothing sits in a payer queue without someone checking on it.
Qualigenix also runs billing and RCM. Effective dates from credentialing go straight to the billing team, so no claim goes out before a provider is active with a plan.
