Qualigenix provides provider credentialing services to independent practices across Indiana, for new providers, new locations and existing providers due for renewal. We work with every payer type your practice bills: IHCP and its managed care plans, Medicare and commercial insurers. Indiana credentialing runs on several tracks at once. A provider joining your group needs an active state license, IHCP enrollment, separate credentialing with each IHCP managed care plan, Medicare enrollment and a current CAQH profile for commercial plans. Each track has its own forms, deadlines and renewal cycle, and a gap in any one of them leads to denied claims. Qualigenix assigns one credentialing specialist to your account who tracks every application by payer and reports its status. Because Qualigenix also bills claims, enrollment problems surface before they turn into denials. We also offer medical billing in Indiana, medical coding in Indiana and revenue cycle management in Indiana.
Qualigenix handles individual and group credentialing, IHCP enrollment and revalidation, managed care plan credentialing, Medicare enrollment through PECOS, CAQH profile management, re-credentialing, demographic and location updates, and follow-up with every payer until a decision comes back.
Payers make the final decision; we submit, track and follow up.
Indiana providers hit delays in four places: IHCP enrollment and revalidation, Medicare enrollment, commercial plan credentialing and license verification. Qualigenix handles each track and keeps them in step.
Providers enroll with IHCP through the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal before any managed care plan will credential them. Each plan then needs its own IHCP managed care enrollment form, and plans must decide on a clean application within 15 business days or credential the provider provisionally. Most providers revalidate every five years, or every three for medical equipment suppliers. In June 2026, IHCP announced an accelerated revalidation schedule for certain provider types over the next two years. Qualigenix tracks every revalidation date and files ahead of it.
Medicare enrollment for Indiana providers is filed through PECOS and processed by Wisconsin Physicians Service, the Medicare contractor for Indiana and Michigan. Qualigenix prepares the enrollment, reassignment of benefits and any group linkage, answers development requests from WPS, and tracks the five-year revalidation date for each provider.
Indiana requires commercial insurers to use the CAQH credentialing application. An insurer has five business days to flag a problem with an application, and the provider has five business days to answer. If the insurer doesn't decide on a clean application within 15 business days, it must credential the provider provisionally, with payment back to that date once the contract is signed. Qualigenix submits clean applications and logs each date so those timelines can be enforced.
The Medical Licensing Board of Indiana, under the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, licenses physicians. Prescribers also need an Indiana controlled substance registration, which is renewed separately from the license, and every registration holder must register with INSPECT, the state's prescription monitoring program. Qualigenix verifies each license and registration at the source and tracks renewal dates.
The figures below are company-wide results across Qualigenix client practices, not Indiana-only numbers. Payers make the final credentialing decision; these figures describe how Qualigenix works.

Qualigenix moves each Indiana provider from first document to payer response in eight steps.
We collect licenses, certifications, work history, malpractice coverage and practice details, then build a provider profile.
Each credential is verified at its source to NCQA and CMS standards, including the Indiana license and controlled substance registration.
We build or update the provider's CAQH profile and re-attest it every 90 days.
Applications go to IHCP, each managed care plan, Medicare through PECOS and commercial payers.
We review participation agreements and confirm network status once a payer approves.
Each application is followed up weekly or biweekly until the payer responds.
Revalidation, re-credentialing and demographic updates are tracked for every provider.
You get a report showing each provider's status with every payer.
Priced per application with dedicated specialist support and direct alignment between enrollment and active billing workflows.
Qualigenix charges $99 per payer application, covering full provider credentialing and payer enrollment. You know the cost before any application is filed.
One credentialing specialist handles your account. That person knows your providers, your Indiana payers and every open application.
