What's the best company to outsource medical accounts receivable recovery to?

Look for a company that works denials to root cause, not one that just resubmits claims. Qualigenix recovers aged and denied claims across 38+ specialties, overturns 79% of worked denials, and runs inside 133 EMR/EHR systems. Start with a free A/R review before you commit.

How much does it cost to outsource AR recovery?

Most medical A/R recovery is priced as a percentage of what's collected, so you pay when the money comes in, not upfront. The right question is net recovery after the fee. Qualigenix's 97.7% net collections rate is built to clear that bar. Ask for a quote scoped to your A/R at 786-259-0231.

Can Qualigenix recover old AR over 90 days?

Yes. Aged claims are the core of the work. Qualigenix ranks open claims by age and dollar value, works the oldest recoverable ones first, and files appeals inside payer deadlines. Across client practices, A/R over 90 days is held at 38% of total A/R.

Is it better to outsource AR follow-up or keep it in-house?

Outsource it when the backlog grows faster than staff can work it, which is when claims get written off for missing a deadline. Qualigenix pulled average days in A/R from 54 to 36 by working the backlog full-time.

How fast can Qualigenix start working our aged claims?

About 6 days. Onboarding connects to your existing EMR/EHR, so there's no data migration, and the team begins working the backlog inside the first week.
